Annual Meeting Minutes - November 14, 2019
The Annual Meeting of the Michigan Club of Kings Point was called to order at 5:08 by President Paul Hunt. Paul explained that this meeting is necessary each year because the bylaws must be approved annually by the membership. The bylaws were distributed and approved.
Volunteer sign-up sheets for each of the parties were made available and members were asked to sign them.
Paul offered a prayer and the lasagna meal was served buffet style.
After enjoying dessert, and announcing the winners of the 50/50 drawing, the meeting adjourned.

The Annual Meeting of the Michigan Club of Kings Point was called to order at 5:05 by President Paul Hunt. Paul explained that this meeting is necessary each year because the any changes to the bylaws must be approved by the membership. The revised bylaws were distributed and approved.
Betty Marme, Vice President, has retired from the board. Paul extended our apprciation to Betty. Cathy Zurich has volunteered to assume the role.
Volunteer sign-up sheets for each of the parties were made available and members were asked to sign them.
Paul offered a prayer and the lasagna meal was served buffet style.

Annual Meeting Minutes - November 16, 2017
The Annual Meeting of the Michigan Club of Kings Point was called to order at 5:20 by President Paul Hunt. Paul gave the invocation.
After a lovely lasagna dinner, Paul explained that the Bylaws for the Michigan Club need to be approved by the membership since a slight revision has been proposed. The revised Bylaws have been available on the website and paper copies were also available at the dinner.
A motion was made by Annette McDonald and seconded by Victor Opipari to accept the revised Bylaws as posted on the club's website. The motion was unanimously approved. The revised Bylaws are now accepted.
Paul explained that part of the reason for this meeting is to secure volunteers to work on the 2017-18 Michigan Club parties. Sheets at the entry table and on Tuesdays at the ticket table provided us with an excellent number of willing workers.
The only party still lacking a chairman was the Christmas Party (December 19, 2017). Tom Hill volunteered.

Michigan Club of Kings Point
Annual Meeting Minutes - November 15, 2016
The Annual Meeting of the Michigan Club of Kings Point was called to order by President Paul Hunt.
It was explained that the proposed Bylaws for the Michigan Club have been available on the club's website at http://michclub.com for some time and it has been requested that members review those bylaws. Paper copies were also available for any members who had not read the proposed Bylaws.
A motion was made by Stephen Cooper and seconded to unanimously accept the Bylaws (with the Officers' addendum) as posted on the club's website. Motion passed. The Bylaws are now accepted.
Volunteers were solicited from the members for three up-coming Michigan Club parties: the Christmas Party, the Snowball, and the St. Patrick's Day Party. Many members generously volunteered to help with these parties.
The meeting was turned over to Kay Long so the members could enjoy a lasagna dinner. Entertainment followed.
